What I like about longdistance-flight...
.... You got time to make a camp. I choose a corner somewhere close to the gate, put out a blanket or comfu sweather as a mat. This needs to be close to a power source so you can charge batteries and a good wifi connection. In my camp, I can stretch, eat food and snacks that i brought, catch up on emails and repack the handluggage.
Before boarding I always fill upp my bottle of water, switch to supporting socks, put leggings underneath my other pants (it is always so cold onboard).
What was a nice suprise was that the plane was so empty so I got a doubble seat. Yeyy!
I had some white wine to the good-tasting meal, chatted a bit with the staff and watched 1/2 of a semi-interesting movie.


This followed by listening and doing some mindfullness before sleeping a couple of hours.

We landed safely in dubai and here I've done som workout (in a newfound corner) and the taxfree shop rutin.
